You can visit www.kaskado.com ("Site") without disclosing any personally identifiable information about yourself.
We have provided this Privacy Policy Statement to help you understand how we collect, use and protect your information when you visit the Site. If you do not agree with this privacy policy, please do not use the Site. By accessing and using the Site, you agree to the terms of this privacy policy. Moreover, we reserve the right to change or modify the privacy policy at any time as posted.

4. Removal of personal information
Should the personal information held by us no longer be required by us for any of the purposes set out in the section "Use of personal information" above, we undertake to take reasonable steps to remove or de-identify the personal information after a reasonable period of time has elapsed.

5. Accessing and amending personal information
You may request a copy of all your personal information held by us by sending your request by email to us to pul@kaskado.com.
We will amend any incorrect personal information held by us. If at any time you wish any personal information to be amended, please send an email to pul@kaskado.com and we will promptly amend your records.
6. Use of cookies
We use cookies in order to facilitate your use of our Site and to some extent personalize its contents. A cookie is a small text file that is sent from our web server and which is stored by your web browser. The stored information could for example be information about how you have used our Site, which web browser you are using, which Promotions you have viewed and how you have been browsing between the different websites belonging to partners in co-operation with Kaskado.
We use statistics in an assembled and aggregated way about the usage, the traffic and the traffic providers.
Such statistics never contain any kind of personal data; it is anonymous. The IP addresses are not stored; accordingly no information can be linked to your identity. Your IP- address is only saved for security reasons in those cases that you yourself is actively register on the Site, for example in a purchasing situation or if you become member to any of our services.

- To let the system recognize recurrent users in order to adjust the Services.
- Calculate and report the number of users and the traffic.

Please be aware that communications over the Internet, such as emails/webmails, are not secure unless they have been encrypted. Your communications may route through a number of countries before being delivered - this is the nature of the Intranet. Kaskado cannot accept responsibility for any unauthorized access or loss of personal information that is beyond our control.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden and you hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts.
